Yasser Farid Abdurachman, S.E
With over 25 years of professional experience in human resources and administration across multinational private sector organizations—including mining, oil and gas, manufacturing, and shipping—as well as international development organizations such as USAID and DFAT project funded. Yasser Farid is an accomplished HR leader with extensive expertise in HR strategy, recruitment, talent management, performance systems, and organizational development. A Management graduate from the University of Pancasila, he has demonstrated a consistent ability to align human capital initiatives with business objectives, enhance organizational performance, and foster a culture of excellence. As a certified professional coach and BNSP-accredited trainer.
Legal Advisor
Mario Maurice Sinjal, S.H
Mario is an experienced legal professional with more than two decades of experience in labor, immigration, and corporate law. A graduate of the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia, majoring in International Law, he has built a strong track record in handling acquisitions, company establishment, restructuring, litigation, intellectual property, and general corporate matters across diverse industries — including banking, finance, oil and gas, mining, and plantation. His career spans key roles in prominent international law firms and corporate environments, where his analytical thinking and problem-solving skills have consistently driven effective results. Mario is a member of PERADI, PMSM Indonesia, and KADIN, and currently serves as legal counsel for the Indonesian Bowling Association (PBI).
